Q:What’s the difference between thin vinyl and polyester?

A: Thin vinyl material:

Not waterproof;
Can only be used for indoor photography;
More for one-time use;
Maximum seamless width of 300cm;

Q:How to remove creases?

You can hang the background or wrap it on a tube to reduce the creases.

For the thin vinyl background,you can iron on back side of the background with low temperature to remove or reduce the creases, but please do not iron on front side of the background or let the background touch the water, because that will ruin the background.

For the polyester background,you can wash it or iron it to remove the creases,creases are easily removed.

A:You can send the custom information and size to our customer service via Conversations or Order Messages. Our designers will design for you.If you are satisfied with the design, you can directly choose the size you want and pay on the product page . We will produce the final design.

Q:I have files can be printed directly, how to send to you?

A:Please tell us the size you want.

The format of the file is best:psd / ai / jpg.
The pixel of the picture is best more than 3000px * 3000px, or the resolution at least 300dpi ,otherwise the print will be blurry.

Q:How long will it take to send the background(s) to me?

A: We need 2-4 workdays to produce after you order.Usually it takes 12-20 working days to United States; 15-30 working days to Europe, Asia, Oceania; 25-60 working days to Africa, South America.
