The boxes are large in size and the goods are well protected.
How fast will my order be processed?
Most products are shipped within 24/48. It is even possible that your order will be sent on the same day if the items contained in it are in the same store and paid before midday. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and destination country. Remember that the indicated delivery time is indicative and the delivery time is calculated from working days Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and holidays.
Where can I send my order?
Can I send shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are slightly higher due to tariff and customs clearance. You can calculate the price yourself in the shopping cart.

What is included in the European Union or the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
Customs duties on goods outside the European Union or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla or other taxes (duties) are excluded. Where applicable, the recipient is liable to pay all the import charges and taxes incurred at the place of destination, irrespective of whether the products have actually been handed over or are not accepted by the consignee. We will do our best to make orders in the shortest possible time, but you must take into account the requirements of the recipient country for imported goods as StoreMogul is not responsible for them, nor in the strike, armed conflicts or other circumstances outside its control. StoreMogul is not responsible for delays in customs clearance or if the local authorities decide to seize the items in the shipment.
What happens if you find that you need to make a change after ordering?
In the case that certain information about the addresses needs to be changed, you can be changed if the order has not yet been sent, then open the "Order that you have not received" in your account section. Our staff will return to you as soon as possible. In all other cases, the solution is to cancel the order and create a new one. After a few days, StoreMogul will return a canceled order.
How to cancel an order?
If you want to cancel the order and pause the transmission, you can cancel it from the Orders menu in the Control Panel. Note, however, that when the order is in PROCESSED mode, it can no longer be canceled. If you want to cancel an order that is still "IN PROCESS" and our system does not allow withdrawal, you can open a sales department's order that has not arrived and state the reasons for cancellation. Our staff will try to respond as soon as possible, although we do not guarantee that the order can be canceled. Please check your order, delivery addresses, quantities, products, and features carefully before finalizing.
What do you need to do after the packet arrives?
All of our products leave the warehouse in perfect condition. The first thing you should do is check that the package is your order. Secondly, check each package extensively very carefully to see if there are signs that it has suffered or is poorly treated such as bumps, grooves, holes, poor quality boxes, or any sign that may give rise to the suspicion that the goods may have been damaged. The package should be marked with a signature and signature on courier service delivery messages either on paper or digitally (PDA), "PACKAGE EXEMPT HARMFUL" if these signs are noticeable. If the package has not been signed with the VISIBLY DAMAGED entry and is shown with clearly visible damage, it means that the event is automatically rejected.
